Uploading a new cross stitch chart

I just tried to add a new cross stitch chart, and I was able to add the picture and PDF file, but there was no prompt for me to add design size, threads used and all that sort of info.I have only just started to add charts, so Im not sure if Im doing something wrong, or if there is a glitch in the sytem.

When you click on NEW button, did you choose "scanned info"?

Its OK, I have just tried again and all that information has come up first, what a relief, I thought I was doing something wrong.

You need to click on the blue tab that says "scanned"
(ignore the orange circle, thats for the knitting patterns).
