A yarn that doesnt scratch the neck

My neck skin is sensitive amd the acrylic yarns Ive been using gor scarves are scratching my neck. Any yarn reccomendation for sensitive skin?

Maybe bamboo or merino?

bamboo would be a great choice since theyre soft!

Cotton, its the best for sensitive skins.

I am absolutely of merino / cotton blends for light wearables as they do not keep warmth too much (and I am not too fond of being warm).
For winter wearables, alpaca is a must-have as it is quite affordable (compared to more expensive wool) very soft and very warm.

Thank you, Ive noticed I really like the feeling of cottonblends but not cotton on its own.

Hi :) I think Merino-cotton or alpaca blends are a safe bet... If you can afford more expensive yarns, Id suggest mohair, which is very fine but as soft as a kitten. On the less expensive side, I think a velvet/chenille could be very warm and not itchy, even if its still acrylic. Happy crafting :)

bamboo/cotton blend would probably be very soft and therefore good for sensitive skin.
