weave in ends at end vs during??
Hello everyone!!When it comes to crochet, do you prefer to weave in the ends as you stitch, or do you use the needle to weave them in afterwards? Ive never tried to do it while doing, which I assume would just be like floating it over like in tapestry crochet.
Im just interested in what you guys believe is more effective.
I do it at the end but i dont think its more effective, Im just lazy (if nodody can see i just leave the floats hanging tbh) During - only because I hate doing it at the end, and it doesnt look as nice. Borders are the exception tho I do it at the end, and boy, do I hate it. I try to always weave in ends of a magic circle as soon as possible when starting so that I can do it on the inside of toy arms and legs and such.Same goes for squares, etc.I find that doing as much as I can as I go makes the weaving in more secure in the long run. Always at the end because Im too lazy to deal with them while crocheting LOL
But of course I always regret it, I hate weaving the ends so much :D During, only because I hate doing at the end I will weave in during because if I leave it for the end. I will always regret or never finish the project I always leave mine until the end. I feel theyre more secure if i weave them in by hand :) I do during too. Little and often works better for me than a whole load to do at the end.
