DPN recommendations?

Hi~ for those wanting to try double-pointed needles, which double-pointed needles are your favourite to knit with? What makes them so great?

I have cheap bamboo needles from buttinette and I like them - they are a little less slippery

supposing that you are asking this for sock (mittens and such like) knitting
I have a variety of dpns - steel Chiaogoo, wood - knitpro - love them
but I use them rarely and only when I need to put the stitches for the front of the sock aside to work on the heel.
I usually knit with flexi flips like hiya-hiya (there are also crazy tiro by addi, give it a search online)
and also I sometimes use chiaogoo shorties (5 and 8 cm long circular needles for socks)

Which ones do you use most often? Is there one that feels the greatest in your hands? I am torn between getting Chiaogoo dpns and shorties >.<

I would say the shorter the better, ideally 10-15cm for me
