ibooks and new rules

Edited by celiamerula at 2025-1-11 13:55

I think this is right.Maybe someone from admin can explain this better.

Clicking on ibooks DOES NOT cost gold coins.

ibooks are just an image record of patterns downloaded.

When ibooks came back the time patterns are displayed there was limited to one year.
In ibooks when hovering over an image the date of deletion appears at the top - 2026/01/07 for patterns there before the update. (I'm not sure about the bottom bit, but probably that's the bit that costs gcs for extending delete date for individual patterns.)
The blue bit above "I downloaded" with the disturbing number of coins is for extending the date for all patterns in ibooks.

Also, I think I read many moons ago that downloading a pattern again after a certain amount of time will cost more coins.

Please correct any of this if I've got it wrong.

Okay, you click on iBooks ten times one after another and report back on how many coins you're debited in your points log.For me it 199 each time.I call that costing coins. What do you call it?

If it's updating for a year it shouldn't debit anything again for a year but it does.

I get absolutely no coins debited.I've checked, checked, and checked again. My coins are the same before and after each time I go to ibooks and I've visited A LOT trying to work out where the problem lies. I would really like to be able to help, but I can't replicate what you're saying (and i've just tried clicking more than ten times on ibooks in a row).
