How do I change/add Floss Palette in PM4?

When I try to use https://www.pindiy.com/thread-558507-1-1.html, I get the error "Invalid floss in palette. Family ID not recognized. Floss color replaced with default color."

It seems DIM is short for Dimensions but I don't know where I download palettes. I did find a PCStitch version of the same design to use but how do I fix this error?

I wish I knew, I've been looking for years. You can't buy Dimensions threads on their own though; they only come with kits.
What most people do is convert to the thread of their choice using conversion charts. The patchwork rooster PCStitch version has already been converted to DMC thread if that helps (another download cost I know :().
Hope this helps.

Invalid floss in pallet can have several reasons. It can be PM does not recognise the floss or the titel of the pattern, both is possible. In PM you do have AJ Bijoux as floss they are used to add numbers from Dimensions. Once you open the file you can change the colornumbers to DMC

How strange, today it imports just the colours need correcting, maybe I just needed to open the program first instead of clicking on the file itself? Very strange although how do I change the colour of an existing entry?

From the top menu select Palette and then Colors on the drop down menu. This will open Palette Options showing the entire shade card.Just drag and drop the colour you want onto the colour you want to change and it will ask if you want to replace it.
