Update on my step by step sweater :)

Edited by Jaguar at 2025-3-4 12:59

finally finished the first sleeve! i used a 4mm (us 6) needle for the cuff instead of the 4.5mm the pattern called for since the yarn weight i chose is a sport instead of a worsted. i also started the decreases nearer to the cuff because i wanted a looser sleeve with a cinched cuff and i did an italian sewn bind off with a tapestry needle for the first time!! let me know what you think :)

It looks great, I love the color! I just started a step by step sweater and I'm almost done with the collar, I feel like it's going to take forever since it's my first garment lol

looks amazing! I’ve just finished the yolk of my first Step By Step and you’ve convinced me to do the sleeves before the rest of the body!
