Sometimes it takes a few days for it to be added to the section where we can download it. Mods have to review submissions first.

This is a old post from 2023. It has long been moved to the download section.
But the author set the reading permission to 90. That's why DIY 0 and 1 can't download it.

U just have to get to level 2. to be able to download unless a moderator changes it so then you can. It's adorable
