Secured pdfs

I recently downloaded a couple of pdf patterns that turned out to be Secured (encrypted), which means I cannot do anything with them other than view them on screen. Does anyone have a work around?(one of the files is 108 pages - neither paper printable nor practical to view on my tablet)

If you are talking about .rar files, you can open and view those with an app such as Unrar, for example. The app is free to download on your tablet.
