Incorrect Deduction Pins

There are three files. In three languages. Each file costs 200 coins.
I don't know of course, maybe there really is a mistake there. But maybe you probably accidentally checked the "Buy ALL attachments" box in the payment window. That's why three files were downloaded and coins were taken for everything.

There are 3 parts, each costing 200 pins, so that would be correct.

I was careful to click only the English file, yet 600 pins were deducted.
The only file I actually downloaded was the English version.
I did not select the 'Purchase All Attached Files' checkbox in the payment window,
so I have no idea why this happened.
After all, who would buy the same file in multiple languages?
Is there a way to get the deducted pins refunded?
