Everybody loves hats! Just put on a witch hat – and you’re a witch! Simple as that! They are great for all kinds of different costumes and super easy to build! This Foam Hat Pattern Collection 2 includes 4 different designs:

Curvy Witch Hat
Fedora Hat
Pirate Tricorn Hat
Curved Straw Hat
Just print them out, trace all pieces to foam and glue them together! All hats also come with a sizing chart that tells you in what scale you need to print them out to fit your head.

All hats are designed to fit my own head at 56cm (22inch) circumference. However, this collection includes a sizing chart on how to scale them up or down to fit your own head.
Don’t worry, it’s easy! I recommend using 5mm low or high density EVA foam as well as contact cement to create these pieces. Other materials (like Worbla) work as well of course!
