Understanding the difference

I was curious on what the difference in Repaint and why can't it be pdf. Are others allowed to ask those that repaint to do a chart a certian color, like changing skin tone? Thanks

It's the word "repaint" itself that is confusing. I never saw it used in this context except on Pindiy. The rest of the crafts world uses the "digital pattern" instead.
