Missing hourly bonus for everyone task??

Anyone else lose their hourly task for everyone? I have my level one task I can claim but the one for everyone is gone.

Sometimes mine goes away if I click them too fast. I find them again In the awaiting tasks or sometimes I have to go to my system messages and click it!

sometimes it happens to me, and I just go into completed tasks and find one I have done and clink on it. Then I am able to claim it and it comes back.
