can not open rar files

what do i wrong?

I highlight them all on the computer in the folder and then right click and choose to open files to there and it goes through each rar or zip in order to make the combined file. diystuff replied at 2025-10-18 17:12

I had the exact same problem with many of the more recently created rar files so I stopped using WINRAR and now use 7-zip program (Windows). It opens all
compressed files (even if you only select the first one). It also has an added benefit of allowing you to "TEST" the set of zip files to ensure that all the downloads
were transferred properly and will let you know if any are incomplete and need to be re-downloaded. Please give it a try Manja, I think you will find it saves lots of time. This is beautiful work! It’s easier when u do it on iPad if u have 1 and if u have rar app
