Could someone please clarify what is meant by "there is no basic fee for downloading in this section"? I tried to download something but got the "insufficient pins" message. I'm a bit confused ?You still have to pay the price the user asks.
Only the 30 pin tax for the site is removed. By the way, andare the patterns always the same or do they change from time to time?
