getting error trying to make new thread

and i'm following the tutorial given but when i try to submit i get this error?
BT WAF reminds you that an Nginx buffer overflow occurred because the passed parameter exceeded the size of the received parameter, resulting in an exception.
The first solution is to add the current URL --> ^/forum.php to the URL whitelist.
The second solution is to go to the control panel --> Nginx Management --> Performance Tuning --> and adjust the value of client_body_buffer_size to 2048K or 4096K (recommended).
i think im pretty good with technology but not this good...

not sure if this is helpful info but the error was originally in chinese and i had to translate it

oki i tried again just now and checked my file sizes,,, the images are 631kb and the pdf is 11.5mb. i attached the original error message i recieved, thank you for checking :))
