No CMS, minimal JavaScript, with a focus on loading speed and clear structure: proper H1–H3 hierarchy, tables, FAQ sections, basic schema markup, and simple contact forms.From my experience, the static approach often works better for this type of project:[*]easier control over code and SEO structure;
[*]fewer security concerns compared to CMS-based sites;
[*]consistently fast performance without heavy optimization;
[*]easy replication for different locations or niches.
I’m curious how others here approach similar projects. Do you also prefer static sites for small niche markets, or do you find CMS solutions more practical in the long run? What has worked best for you in terms of maintenance and rankings?
