This is a great first jeans pattern! A number of testers had never made jeans before, but mentioned that the detailed instructions made it very approachable, even for a confident beginner.
The Julie Jeans, complete with an elastic waistband, merges the timeless style of traditional jeans with the unmatched comfort of loungewear. The elastic waistband offers both comfort and flexibility, accommodating various body types without the need to blend sizes. Due to the nature of the elastic waistband, these jeans also offer a flexible fit that adapts to a range of body changes -- including pregnancy, postpartum, and other fluctuations in size and shape.
These jeans are available in three styles: tapered leg, flared leg (both cropped and full-length), and shorts.
