sosoflex - homemade peking duck

Hello all,

Beside being a passionate origamist I also love to cook ;P
I am very into the asian kitchen and this is why I am trying to make a chinese/peking duck at home.

Every 2 weeks, I do a duck...sometimes it went well, sometimes not....eventhought I try to stick to my own recipe.

These were the best duck I did so far with a regular home oven and of course they very crispy and delicious:

Wow! Good job! Ducks are notoriously tricky to cook.

Yeah I know....that is why I failed like a 1000 times.
I am still not very satisfied because I somehow cannot reproduce the same result.
This week (friday) is a duck week again. I will post the result in here...
