how to transfer pins

Ive had to create a second account just to message you - seems there is additional DOT in my original account email which I need to resolve to reset password etc

My name on old account is is Kate Ling- email is correct except for having TWO periods before the com - is it fixable? I tried myself and that ended up locking me out of the system.First time it has ever happened to me.
I want to keep the level I am at and the points there if possible...
