How to make profile PUBLIC?

Can anyone help how to make my profile public?

Go to settings on the right top of your page.

Than privacy on the left of the page.
There you can choose what you want. I almost set everything to friends.
But for a red enveloppe just choose public , so everyone can see your red enveloppe.
