WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE DESIGNER?
I'm trying to discover crochet and knit designers, who is/are your favourite?Spektakelstrik I really love Sari Nordlund, Rachel Illsley, Jenn Steingass (probably the most popular colorwork designer), and saskie & co.
I love Caitlin Hunter's designs, but the fit can be a little tricky.
Fiber Tales is relatively unknown, but I've loved everything I've made by her so far.
I love many of the designs by Natasja Hornby, but I haven't had the chance to make any yet.
If you have a larger chest, the best patterns I've found so far are by Andi Satterlund - and most of hers are out of print, so as far as I'm aware, this site is the only place to get them. I love Ozetta! her patterns are great for making good quality basics - they have a good amount of shaping across each section so they look great! Petiteknit is a classic too Hi, i love Cheryl Mokhtari, Lene holme Samsoe and my favorite things.., and many many more lol modern techniques i prefer in knitting. Bonnie@34 replied at 2026-2-28 22:59

It's the first time I heard about
Ruta Saab. she uses some interesting stitch techniques, not like a generic designer. For Fair Isle, I love Ella Gordon, Alison Rendall and Wilma Malcolmson. I like petiteknit because the patterns are well written with videos Kaffe Fassett, stunning designs! Mary Maxim is nice Fable knitting
