How to M1R twice

I am currently working on the Valery Blouse by Petite Knit and I am working the German short rows. At some point (row 4) the pattern says to M1R, slip the marker, and M1R. I don't understand where I should put my needle for the second M1R. Can anyone explain how to do this?

Row 4 says:
Row 4 (RS): * Knit to marker, slip marker, M1L, knit to marker, M1R, slip marker *, work from * to * twice, M1R, k1.

You have to pay attention to the * symbol. Asterisks are marking repeat sections, like this:
* (start repeat) Knit to marker, slip marker, M1L, knit to marker, M1R, slip marker * (end of repeat), Now work from * (start repeat) to * (end of repeat) twice, so you knit whatever is between * and * 2 more times, then you'll be ending your row with M1R, k1.

OMG, I hope I made sense!

Not sure if I've understood correctly. There's an article called "working-a-m2-aka-double-m1-increase" that might be helpful?

Pick up the strand to do the M1R,

Slip the marker in next to your new stitch,

then pick up the same strand again and do another M1Rinto it.

It may be a bit tight!! If your marker is in the way, you could do the M1R M1R first and then slot the marker in the middle after.
