The update for this pattern, according to the designer, now includes 3 changes to the pattern:

Lanark is now available in Half Fishermans Rib and stockinette options and includes Masc and Femme sizing: Femme HFR, Femme Stockinette, Masc HFR, Masc Stockinette
The complete file update is
Femme Half Fisherman's Rib (HFR),

Femme Stockinette Stitch
Masculine Stockinette Stitch

The entire pattern needs to be uploaded to avoid confusion going forward and before the existing pattern can be recycled. This is incomplete.
