Charlotte is a tunic-style blouse with two lengths and very simple construction, with long, slimming rectangular panels and layered sleeve panels perfect for color blocking.
Skill Level: Beginner
Main Fabric: Lightweight to medium-weight wovens such as cotton lawn, voile, silk, rayon challis, and wool crepe.
Supplies: All-purpose polyester sewing thread, microtex sewing machine needle, 3/4 yard of lightweight fusible interfacing.
