Thank you Urmel for your kind word for my stitching.
I have finished it same way, what I usually finished my Ornaments and I have used a glue to but that ribbon around. I usuallyuse a glue , when I finished ornament where is a board between fabric and I sew ribbon to pillow ( scissorfob ) Here is picture from this back side:)
