Well not really sure how all this works, so thought would be good to share progress of my beanie.  It is made with 2 different colors and the color that is not in use is floated in the back.  I was doing pretty good and was on row 10 when I noticed that something was really off with the pattern big time.  I was making my own design.  LOL  So had to frog back to row 2.  This picture is before the frogging.  I didnt get picture of finished rows before frogging.
