google Convert Images to PDF Online for free. You'll find a lot of options to try for free :P

No, there isn't a limit of uploads per day.

The free patterns are the ones we find on the Internet for free. The maximum price for free patterns is 10 coins. When the pattern isn't free, you can charge whatever you want.
