Cannot view Just Cross Stitch #35 recently uploaded

Just Cross Stitch #35 shows on the front page, but I cannot view it?

Im level 4...is this correct?  Or is this magazine now only available to super-high level members?

I had that problem too last night but I logged out of the system and then logged back in and it worked fine - Im a level 3.
