Incomplet chart ?

The cross stitch scanned file called Great Expectations (cats and mailboxes) is not complete.  One of the pages is missing the top portion and the other pages are not overlapping and rows are missing.  Also, when I did print them and try to put them together, the scale size is not correct and the graph lines do not line up properly.  There is one page where the ink is so light, there are no icons but you can tell some are missing.  This chart cannot be used as it is posted.  Is there anything you can do with this pattern?  Can someone re-scan it and check the pages?  Thank you in advance.

I have checked the pattern and it is complete. There is overlap on all the pages. Please use the color picture for reference.

Then I do not know how to open it correctly.  What do I need to open the RAR file?  Do I need to download software?
