I have downloaded Mirabilia Lady of Liberty 13 times. I keep getting charged gold coins. I cant open the file. I am new at this. Please help me get coins back, and open the file. I dont know what I need to do.
You should not be charged again if youve downloaded the file within the last week. Most files have two charges; one for the uploader (which is set by the uploader and therefore will vary), and one for the forum, which is 30 coins per file in all subforums, except in cross stitch repaint, where it is 199 coins.
Please post a link to the pattern youre having problems with - that makes it a lot easier to figure out what the problem may be.
