How to update my user Group DIY level?

i already request for a few days the awaiting permission to update my user Group DIY level and my point also enough the level.Why still not update?

Im not sure what you mean, but it sounds to me that you think it is possible to ask to be placed on a different level? If thats what you mean, that is not possible. We get to higher levels by being active in the fourm.

The next level you will reach is level 2, when you reach 126 credits.

if that is not what you mean, can you please clearify?
