Downloaded a file but wont open

I paid 199 coins for a Riolis Rooster cross stitch  the file is  a XSD. File  how to I open it  . Can some ome please help me .

The XSD file is associated with Hobbyware Pattern Maker if you are not sure which program to download.  It is a great program and even allows you to import your own images and convert to cross stitch.  I have used it since it first came out over 10 years ago.
