How to upgrade to next user group?

Hi there,
I do not understand how to upgrade to next user group. I have the points required. I have tried "Purchase another user group" but that did not work.
I have searched the information but I cant find it. Can anyone please help me?

I suddenly understood that it is the credits that counts but I did not know how many credits I needed to get to next group. Now I know :)
