No option to transfer points

I do not have the option to transfer points ? do you lose the chance or is it something in the setting ?

I have never used it but the option to do it is under settings/points, the page beside my points.

I believe you have to be level 4 or above to have the option of transfering coins. As I recall it, it was changed a good while back.

at LEVEL 3 YOUR TRANSFER TAB WILL BE THERE
