Problem with online time

I seem to have a problem lately with my online hours tracking. Its been stuck at 32 hours for at least a week or so. I do know that you have to be active for the time to count, commenting and posting. The counter seemed to stall a bit shortly after I first joined, but after a few days, my counter jumped a couple of hours and it seemed okay for a while. But lately, the hours stopping increasing again. This past weekend in particular, I spent quite a bit of time commenting and uploading (with this online activity shown in the timestamps of my posts over 3 hours) but it stayed stuck at 32 hours.

I hope a moderator or someone with the website might have an idea what might be going on and can help!

It wouldnt concern me so much, but since online hours can be a big part of points/credits calculation,
total points=Number of PostsX0.1+Number of topicsX0.26+digestsX5+Online time(hours)/1.5
it makes moving up much slower than it needs to be.

Im having the same type of problem. Ive been online a LOT and My credits got stuck and are not moving

Im not entirely sure, but i think you have to be actively browsing the forum for the time to count. Otherwise you could just leave one page open while you were away from home at work or something and rack up the points everyday.

Sometimes it will seem like it wont budge forever and  *boom* a week later it will suddenly jump to where it should be. Its a common problem with this software and Ive seen it happen on other forums using this program as well.

Mines been stuck since early July. Granted, Im not that active, but surely Ive been active enough for a point or two.
