Hourly task is disabled

Im having a problem applying my hourly task. This has only just happened.  In the past all you had to do was to go back into system messages and click on the last time the task was correctly applied and enable the hourly task again.  This is not working. Please advise>

Please close - its come back!!!  I had to go further back in system messages to re-enable the task button.
