I need help with doll jointing hardware

The pattern Im doing is translated from Russian and in English it calls for "T form split pins, disks and shims or spacers". The guy at the hardware store didnt know what I was talking about. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance!

i bought plastic balljoints from the internet, so that fixet my problem.  but i saw a picture off a (dont know the exact words in english, sorry)
butterfly bolt, a nut and a metal plate you put between them.
But if you got safety eyes, they can do the trick to! The eye in the body for example, en the back in the arm and then click it on.
