no files, cant used the converter

i bought this pattern, but i cant see ore open the files. there is only a link to a converter, but that isnt there anymore.

its opening for me. are you sure you have proper software to open *PDF? if you dont maybe thats why you keep getting the link for converter?

everything i download are PDF files, but is this something different than?
