chinese and russion patterns

hello there,
i find here cute amigurumi patterns but unfortunately the ones that catch my eye are either chinese or russion, does anyone have a trick to handle such a thing?
every time i try google translation so many words get lost or the whole result needs a new translation to be understood :D

i found some good russian translations on pinterest! together with google translation for the not crochet terms, youll come a long way. it worked for me with patterns from maryaaa
