i can not pay for a pattern. The window that opens when you want to download does not show the payment option. Help!

Plum street samplers. On my ipad it shows, but on my laptop it doesnt !

I looked at several Plum Street Samplers.  If there is no purchase link it is because the people posting are showing their own work.  Count it lucky that they told you the pattern name itself.  People have a tendency to post their finished work without being kind enough to tell us what pattern it is.  I checked about five and only the ones of finished pieces did not have a download link.  Of course, I may be way off and there may be a glitch in the system itself, it was down for a few hours the other day.
