Pushed the wrong button

Because I wanted to buy a sampler pattern out of a magazine I thought I bought the Downloads (11), but instaed, I bought the whole magazine (because of the question do you want to buy all downloads) It cost me more than 1000 goldcoins, which is quit a lot :( I dont know how to contact management or even if it is possible to change things for the good. Who can help please???
