Can you use a proxy? I use Chrome and added the extension called Hola. Then I changed the country to the United States, and now Im able to download files.
You need to sign in first. It worked for me. I signed in to this site, then I turned on my proxy ( I signed in). Set it to USA IP. It worked great!
