Pictures not showing when trying to view items

Has anyone else been experiencing this?  When I click on a photo to view the posting of patterns the photo does not show in the post.  I experienced this yesterday and today.  Its been a bit frustrating because I like to see a bigger photo of what someone has uploaded.  Glitch on the site, or something on my system?

It seems the problems are not solved yet, I have also problems to watch the patterns.

Ive not had a problem downloading, just the pictures.  Hopefully the download problem will be fixed soon.  I saw a post on how to download using a different browser - have you tried that?  I use Opera.
