please, my wife is having problems to log in. There is a note saying: login is failed.

Is your problem solved yet?
Did your wife tried to login wth her emal address and password?
Behind username is an arrow, click on it and click on email, than use the email address.
If nothing helps, click on Forgot password.
What is the user name of your wife, I can see if she is still a member.
