Are you using your phone to do it? Because Im having the exact same problem. I just pulled out my laptop and Im going to try doing it on there. I will let you know how it goes.

I use a picure saved on my laptop. Then you upload the new avatar, they if you will use the flashplayer, click on it, then you see browser, search your avatar click save. It works.  Post time 2018-5-3 20:30
