You can delete it if you post it recently, but if you wait to long not possible.
Go to edit, click on it, then you will see under additinal options, click on that and you will see in red delete post, click on it and you get the question if you will delete it, click on ok.
This is only for posting recently, not if you post it a few days ago, it doesnt work anymore.
