Help Please - unable to download Patterns

I am unable to download certain patterns when I try to it tells me this "Sorry, only specified members can download attachments". Why is it telling me this and how do I become a member of this group. Could someone pass this message along to a moderator for me, please and thank you.  I have put the link below of just a couple of the ones I am referring to. Veronica McRae - Mother to Be!

Above the cost of the pattern youll see "Read Permissions:90". You need to level up your DIY level to DIY2 I think for this pattern. Itll take a long time but you can do it by by getting credits from posting patterns or comments.

Example, you need to be User Group 2 or higher to have a Read Permission of 90 as needed for above referenced designs.

Thank you both for your assistance. Is there anywhere it shows a list of each DIY levels and how many point/credit you need to accumulate before you can proceed to the next level and the benefits of each level.
