Ask questions (here or to moderators).
Use the search. For example, when searching for "Dimensions 35029 Birds of Spring", enter "35029" or "Birds Spring" or "Dimensions Birds", etc. in the field "Enter search words" at the top of the screen.

Charts are in sections "Cross stitch Patterns Scanned" and "Cross stitch Patterns Repaint" (much more expensive -199 Gold Coin).

Take your time to look around, try to earn coins, do the hourly task to find in center right corner, click on it and you see task. Give replys at other works, in every dairy, post some work in the dairy what you do, in cross-stitching.
