This is a PCStitch10 file and cant be opened by any other version.

Well, I dont have that and it didnt say so.  How can I request my points back?  I learned by buying another one that did say PCS10 that we cant use it, but on that one I couldnt do anything.  But since this one didnt say so, and should have, then cant I get a refund?  I hate to stop buying ALL PCS patterns because I dont know if I can use them or not.

I did notice you changed it just now, but you know it didnt say PCS10 before.  I still have the search page open where I went to get the link, so I know Im not crazy, LOL.

Here is one by Sue Hillis on the Forum. Can do either long or similar to the one you cannot open.

NOT repaint though if thats the kind you like.

PCS 10 doesnt work for me.  My computer just wont do it.

I learned not to get any patterns if they say PCS10, This one didnt.

This is the reason for which I dont like "repaints"... too many softwares in too many versions and limited compatibility.

And then, if the "repainter" is not able, there are many risks to get an horrible version

I worry about quality too, and hope for the best.  When you could see peoples names, you could avoid those that dont chart correctly, now its just a risk.

I found a friend with PCS 11.  I sent it to her to open, she printed it, scanned and sent back.  So this problem is resolved for me.  As long as she and I stay friends, LOL.
